Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in dishwashing or kitchen work preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- strong attention to detail
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- pass a background check if required
- comply with health and safety regulations

Job Duties
- wash and clean tableware, pots, pans, trays, utensils, cups and other cooking equipment
- maintain a clean and organized work area
- comply with safety and sanitation guidelines, policies and regulations
- support kitchen staff by ensuring timely availability of clean items
- dispose of waste and recyclables appropriately
- assist in maintaining kitchen cleanliness beyond dishwashing tasks
- report any maintenance or safety issues promptly
