Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and pushing heavy objects
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Ability to respond effectively to guest requests and work collaboratively within a team

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and carry for up to 15 ft
- Ability to push or pull carts weighing up to 150 lbs for up to 75 ft
Job Duties
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all public areas including lobbies, lounges, and common spaces
- Execute daily cleaning routines with attention to detail
- Monitor and replenish supplies in public areas such as restrooms and seating areas
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Collaborate with housekeeping team to coordinate tasks ensuring seamless operations
- Adhere to hygiene and safety standards by following established cleaning and sanitization protocols
- Report maintenance issues or repairs needed in public areas to appropriate department
- Support special events and functions by maintaining cleanliness before, during, and after scheduled activities
- Uphold the property’s reputation for luxury and excellence through commitment to a pristine environment
