Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience as a concierge or front desk associate
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • computer proficiency including email
  • professional appearance and demeanor
  • ability to handle high-pressure situations with patience and tact
  • willingness to work overnight shift on Fridays and Saturdays
  • CPR and/or First Aid training preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet residents with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • assist with inquiries about local attractions, transportation, dining, and services
  • answer phone calls, relay messages, and provide timely, accurate information
  • arrange and confirm recreational, business, and dining activities
  • assist with service requests such as medical referrals, childcare, and florists
  • assist residents with food and beverage deliveries and ensure secure handling of packages
  • address concerns with professionalism and conduct research to find best solutions
  • work closely with security to monitor the lobby and maintain a safe environment
  • follow HOA and Pyramid Hotel Group guidelines for professional conduct, grooming, and attendance
