Job Requirements
- Must be able to read, write and follow written and verbal directions
- High school education or GED preferred but not required
- Minimum one to three years experience in dining services preferably in fine dining desired
- Must be 18 years of age or older to serve liquor

Job Duties
- Be courteous and knowledgeable of the menu while serving customers
- Set tables and maintain work stations in proper order
- Take food and beverage orders and provide service to residents and guests in all dining venues
- Assist in maintaining a high level of customer service
- Clear dishes from tables during and after meal service
- Assist with dishwashing and distribution of clean china if needed
- Maintain safe and sanitary conditions of work areas
