Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- legally authorized to work in the united states
- able to pass background checks and drug screening
- flexible availability to work various shifts including nights and weekends
- no prior security experience required
- ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
- good physical health and stamina
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to remain calm and vigilant in stressful situations
- basic knowledge of security procedures and protocols
- prior experience in retail, food service, or hospitality is a plus but not required
- willingness to undergo training and certification
- dependable and punctual with strong observational skills
Job Duties
- monitor premises through regular patrols and security checks
- enforce client site regulations and safety protocols
- provide customer service and information to employees and visitors
- preserve order by managing and reporting incidents
- assist in emergency situations as per training
- maintain accurate logs and reports of daily activities
- collaborate with team members and management to enhance site security
