Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in customer service or reception preferred
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Reliable transportation to Victorville center
  • Availability to work on-call, part-time schedule

Job Duties

  • Respond to member feedback, questions, and concerns in a timely manner, escalating issues to management when necessary
  • Greet members and guests warmly and professionally upon arrival at Victorville centre
  • Handle account inquiries and process payments accurately
  • Perform front desk administrative duties, including data entry and documentation
  • Ensure the wellness center remains clean, organized, and presentable
  • Monitor and manage inventory of supplies and retail products
