Job Duties

  • Respond to member feedback, questions, and concerns in a timely manner, escalating issues to management when necessary
  • Greet members and guests warmly and professionally upon arrival at Chino Hills centre
  • Handle account inquiries and process payments accurately
  • Perform front desk administrative duties, including data entry and documentation
  • Ensure the wellness center remains clean, organized, and presentable
  • Monitor and manage inventory of supplies and retail products
