Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED strongly preferred
- possess a functional smartphone with a data plan
- have a reliable means of transportation (car or public transportation)
- ability to work and communicate in a team
- physical requirements include walking and standing during the entire shift (often 4-8 hours), climbing stairs, kneeling to clean floors, pushing and pulling objects, lifting and moving objects (up to 50 lbs), and cleaning
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED strongly preferred
- experience as a housekeeper, hotel cleaner, or in customer service
- ability to work effectively within a team
- punctual and reliable work ethic
- capable of communicating professionally with clients and team members
- familiarity with Google Maps navigation
- commitment to safety compliance and ongoing training
- physical capability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs
Job Duties
- Wipe down countertops, desks, and other surfaces
- scrub kitchen and bathroom fixtures, including toilets and urinals
- collect and dispose of trash, recycling, and compost
- hand wash dishes
- load and unload dishwashers
- spot clean cabinets, drawers, and glass surfaces
- steel-shine appliances and fixtures
- sweep, vacuum, and mop floors
- ensure client location is locked and secured when leaving
- interact positively with fellow MyClean team members
- communicate professionally with clients and supervisors
- commit to continued learning and training throughout employment
- arrive to all sessions and meetings on time
- comply with safety policies and procedures
