Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a kitchen or cleaning role preferred but not required
- ability to perform physical requirements of the position including lifting
- availability to work flexible hours including peak service times
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- comply with health and safety standards and policies

- Passion for real, good food and a desire to learn culinary practices and skills
- strong work ethic
- ability to perform physical tasks including frequently lifting 25 pounds and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
- ability to see, hear, speak, reach, bend, and move intermittently during working hours

Job Duties
- Wash dishes, pots, and kitchen equipment using dishwashers or by hand
- maintain cleanliness in dishwashing and prep kitchen workstations
- stock cleaning supplies and dishes in their respective areas
- sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pick up areas
- support team members and managers with daily cleaning tasks
- gain exposure to different stations within the DIG kitchen including garde manger, grill, roast, market line, and prep
- work to support the team during peak and off peak service by pitching in wherever and whenever necessary
