Job Duties
- Wash dishes, pots, etc using dishwashers or by hand
- Maintain cleanliness in dishwashing and prep kitchen work stations
- Stock cleaning supplies and dishes in their respective areas
- Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pick up areas
- Support team members and managers with daily cleaning tasks
- Gain exposure to different stations within the DIG kitchen including garde manger, grill, roast, market line, and prep
- Work to support the team during peak and off peak service by pitching in wherever and whenever necessary
