Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • no prior flight attendant experience required
  • flexibility to work on-call and varied shift schedules
  • availability to work weekends, holidays, and overnight flights
  • ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • physically able to perform duties including lifting and standing for long periods
  • legally authorized to work in the united states

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong customer service orientation
  • ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • basic problem-solving skills
  • ability to complete 6.5 weeks of paid training successfully

Job Duties

  • ensure the safety of every passenger
  • provide warm passenger assistance and compassionate service
  • collaborate effectively with pilots and fellow crew members
  • perform service recovery to resolve issues and enhance passenger experience
  • maintain compliance with safety and security regulations
  • assist passengers during boarding, in-flight, and deplaning processes
  • participate actively in training and continuous professional development
