Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- no prior flight attendant experience required
- flexibility to work on-call and varied shift schedules
- availability to work weekends, holidays, and overnight flights
- ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- physically able to perform duties including lifting and standing for long periods
- legally authorized to work in the united states
Job Qualifications

- ability to complete 6.5 weeks of paid training successfully
Job Duties
- ensure the safety of every passenger
- provide warm passenger assistance and compassionate service
- collaborate effectively with pilots and fellow crew members
- perform service recovery to resolve issues and enhance passenger experience
- maintain compliance with safety and security regulations
- assist passengers during boarding, in-flight, and deplaning processes
- participate actively in training and continuous professional development
