Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to commit to flexible and on-call work schedules
- willingness to undergo and successfully complete 6.5 weeks of paid training in Houston, TX
- ability to pass background and security checks
- availability to work weekends and holidays
- strong physical health and ability to meet the physical demands of the role
- excellent communication skills
Job Qualifications

- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- customer service experience preferred but not required
- ability to commit to on-call reserve scheduling
- strong problem-solving skills
- willingness to complete all required training successfully
Job Duties
- ensure passenger safety at all times
- provide warm and compassionate passenger assistance
- collaborate with flight crew and pilots for smooth operations
- perform service recovery to resolve passenger issues
- adhere to all safety and emergency procedures
- maintain compliance with airline and regulatory standards
- support a positive and welcoming travel environment
