Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to commit to flexible and on-call work schedules
  • willingness to undergo and successfully complete 6.5 weeks of paid training in Houston, TX
  • ability to pass background and security checks
  • availability to work weekends and holidays
  • strong physical health and ability to meet the physical demands of the role
  • excellent communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • customer service experience preferred but not required
  • ability to commit to on-call reserve scheduling
  • strong problem-solving skills
  • willingness to complete all required training successfully

Job Duties

  • ensure passenger safety at all times
  • provide warm and compassionate passenger assistance
  • collaborate with flight crew and pilots for smooth operations
  • perform service recovery to resolve passenger issues
  • adhere to all safety and emergency procedures
  • maintain compliance with airline and regulatory standards
  • support a positive and welcoming travel environment
