Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • no prior flight attendant experience required
  • ability to participate in 6.5 weeks of paid training in Houston, TX
  • flexibility to work on-call shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to stand and move safely in confined spaces
  • valid work authorization in the United States
  • customer-focused attitude
  • ability to adapt to changing schedules and environments

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a dynamic 24/7/365 environment
  • willingness to participate in comprehensive training
  • customer service or hospitality experience preferred
  • ability to handle emergency situations calmly
  • teamwork and collaboration skills

Job Duties

  • ensure passenger safety during flights
  • provide warm and compassionate passenger assistance
  • collaborate with pilots and crew for effective team operations
  • perform service recovery to resolve passenger issues
  • maintain knowledge of emergency procedures and aircraft specifics
  • be flexible with reserve scheduling including weekends and holidays
  • attend and complete comprehensive paid training program
