Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • no prior flight attendant experience required
  • must be available to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, and night shifts
  • must complete 6.5 weeks of paid training in Houston, TX
  • ability to pass background checks and comply with FAA requirements
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to stand for extended periods and perform safety procedures
  • commitment to passenger safety and exceptional service

Job Duties

  • ensure passenger safety during flights
  • provide excellent passenger assistance and compassionate customer service
  • collaborate effectively with pilots and fellow flight attendants
  • perform service recovery to resolve passenger issues and improve travel experience
  • adhere to all safety and regulatory protocols
  • remain flexible to work various shifts including weekends, holidays, early mornings, and red-eye flights
  • attend and complete 6.5 weeks of paid training in Houston
