Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- no prior flight attendant experience required
- must be available to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, and night shifts
- must complete 6.5 weeks of paid training in Houston, TX
- ability to pass background checks and comply with FAA requirements
- strong communication skills
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform safety procedures
- commitment to passenger safety and exceptional service

Job Duties
- ensure passenger safety during flights
- provide excellent passenger assistance and compassionate customer service
- collaborate effectively with pilots and fellow flight attendants
- perform service recovery to resolve passenger issues and improve travel experience
- adhere to all safety and regulatory protocols
- remain flexible to work various shifts including weekends, holidays, early mornings, and red-eye flights
- attend and complete 6.5 weeks of paid training in Houston
