Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- no prior flight attendant experience required
- successful completion of 6.5 weeks paid training in Houston, TX
- 100 percent availability for on-call reserve status including weekends and holidays
- ability to work day and night shifts
- excellent communication skills
- physical ability to perform flight attendant duties
- legally authorized to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Ensure the safety of every passenger
- provide warm and compassionate passenger assistance
- collaborate with pilots and flight crew to deliver seamless service
- perform service recovery to resolve passenger issues
- comply with all safety and regulatory procedures
- maintain awareness of emergency protocols and readiness
- support team efforts to enhance overall passenger experience
