Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • no prior flight attendant experience required
  • successful completion of 6.5 weeks paid training in Houston, TX
  • 100 percent availability for on-call reserve status including weekends and holidays
  • ability to work day and night shifts
  • excellent communication skills
  • physical ability to perform flight attendant duties
  • legally authorized to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong customer service orientation
  • teamwork and collaboration skills
  • ability to remain calm and act decisively in emergencies
  • willingness to complete extensive paid training program

Job Duties

  • Ensure the safety of every passenger
  • provide warm and compassionate passenger assistance
  • collaborate with pilots and flight crew to deliver seamless service
  • perform service recovery to resolve passenger issues
  • comply with all safety and regulatory procedures
  • maintain awareness of emergency protocols and readiness
  • support team efforts to enhance overall passenger experience
