Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years prior retail experience in apparel, service, or specialty store environment preferred
- Experience with computerized POS system preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers in person and over phone
- Ability to adapt communication style based on customer needs
- Willingness to work flexible weekday and weekend hours
- Commitment to maintaining high dress code standards
- Ability to complete training within stipulated timeframes
- Adherence to loss prevention and security policies

Job Duties
- Welcome all customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm over the phone and in person
- Use all systems to manage customer flow including appointments, customers, and point of sale system
- Provide exceptional service to multiple customers simultaneously and address concerns proactively
- Prepare for customer appointments by reviewing profiles, favorites, and setting up fitting rooms
- Build customer relationships by understanding expectations and striving to identify the perfect dress quickly
- Review timeline calendar and set future appointments
- Communicate importance of alterations and coordinate with alterations specialists
- Ensure accurate measurements are taken for dress ordering
- Maintain store standards for cleanliness and organization
- Promote loyalty and partners programs
- Respond promptly to customer questions
- Maintain sales productivity using the 5-step selling process
- Process transactions accurately and promote add-on sales
- Achieve platform conversion and add-on goals for headpieces, foundations, and shoes
- Set appointments for entire wedding parties
- Complete training and build product knowledge
- Execute new store processes and visual merchandising
- Support store team goals and comply with policies
- Focus on personal development and share expertise with team
- Embrace coaching and complete required training
- Uphold high dress code standards
- Maintain integrity, drive, and teamwork within the store environment
- Perform physical tasks such as standing and lifting up to 25 pounds as needed.
