Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years prior retail experience preferred
  • Experience with computerized POS system preferred
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends

Job Duties

  • Welcome all customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm over the phone and in person
  • Use all systems to manage customer flow to deliver 5-star customer experience
  • Provide exceptional service to multiple customers simultaneously
  • Prepare for customer appointments by reviewing profiles and preparing fitting rooms
  • Build relationships by understanding customer expectations and needs
  • Identify the perfect gown or dress within the first three try-ons
  • Review Timeline Calendar and set future appointments aligning with customer needs
  • Promote alteration and personalization services and assist in scheduling appointments
  • Ensure accurate measurements for orders to minimize returns and exchanges
  • Maintain store standards for cleanliness, organization, and promotional readiness
  • Adhere to dress code standards
  • Offer loyalty and partner programs to customers
  • Respond promptly to customer questions and build relationships
  • Maintain sales productivity by following the 5-step selling process
  • Process transactions accurately and promote additional services at checkout
  • Achieve platform conversion and add-on sales goals
  • Set appointments for the entire wedding party including bridesmaids and family
  • Continue product knowledge development and complete required training
  • Execute new processes and assist with merchandising and promotional setups
  • Support store team activities to achieve sales, service, and operational goals
  • Follow all loss prevention and security procedures
  • Participate in personal development and support team success
  • Open to coaching and feedback
