Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid certification or licensure as required for the position
- prior experience in healthcare or senior living preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members
- capacity to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- physical stamina for caregiving and housekeeping duties
- commitment to uphold the core values of respect, commitment, fulfillment, empathy, and fun
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- certification as a nursing assistant, licensed practical nurse, or registered nurse depending on role
- experience in senior living or healthcare settings preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care
- physical capability to perform required tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
Job Duties
- conduct certified nursing assistant duties including assisting residents with daily living activities
- provide licensed practical nursing care under supervision in accordance with state regulations
- administer registered nursing responsibilities including patient assessments and care planning
- support residents in daily activities as resident assistants
- deliver specialized care for memory care residents
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation as a floor technician
- perform housekeeping duties and lead housekeeping team activities
