Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts as required
- Willingness to undergo background screening as mandated by Florida law
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Basic knowledge of medication management and health monitoring
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in caregiving or healthcare preferred but not required
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
