Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- High school degree or GED
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Available to work full-time (40 hours)
- Willingness to attend hiring event on 13th March 2026

- Prior wireless sales experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership qualities
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
- Effective operational, financial, and performance management skills
- Ability to coach and lead a team
- Passion for customer service and technology
Job Duties
- Learn and build proficiency in customer service
- Provide best-in-class customer experiences and build loyalty
- Assist customers in their shopping journeys whether online, through Customer Care or in-store
- Demonstrate the latest wireless technology and devices
- Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions including devices and services
- Guide customers through purchasing experiences with thoughtful consultation
- Assist Retail Store Manager with daily operations and coaching
- Become proficient with digital tools to enhance customer interactions and onboarding
- Build relationships and collaborate with employees across channels
- Resolve customer issues creating a seamless experience
- Identify and handoff small business leads
- Foster strong peer relationships and promote company success
- Maintain a fun and customer-centric store environment
