Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Availability to work evening, night shifts and weekends
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
- Willingness to lift objects with assistance
- Must pass pre-employment criminal, drug, and social security screening
- Commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends
Job Duties
- Greeting and assisting guests with excellent customer service
- Preparing and serving food and beverages following company guidelines
- Managing front desk operations including check-ins and reservations
- Setting up and hosting events ensuring guest satisfaction
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the facility
- Operating bowling and arcade equipment as needed
- Collaborating with team members to deliver a seamless entertainment experience
