Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid LPN license or QMAP certification for applicable roles
- Previous experience in caregiving or nursing preferred
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
- Successful completion of physical examination and TB test
- Background check clearance
- Availability to work full-time shifts
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong work ethic and reliability
Job Qualifications
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Certification as Qualified Medication Administration Personnel (QMAP) or equivalent
- Experience in senior living or healthcare settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Basic CPR and first aid certification
Job Duties
- Conducting physical assessments of residents
- Administering medications and treatments as directed
- Assisting residents with daily living activities
- Monitoring and recording patient health information
- Communicating with multidisciplinary teams regarding resident care
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development
