Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
strong organizational skills with attention to detail
ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

greet and assist guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
manage reservations, seating, and waitlist to optimize table turnover
coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage delivery
