Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • strong work ethic and reliability
  • valid food handler certification is an asset
  • physical stamina to stand for extended periods
  • team player attitude
  • excellent time management skills

Job Qualifications

  • minimum two years of leadership experience for sous chef role
  • previous culinary experience preferred for line cook and prep cook positions
  • ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • passion for hospitality and customer service
  • willingness to learn and develop professionally

Job Duties

  • lead and oversee kitchen operations to maintain quality and consistency
  • prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
  • assist in the training and development of kitchen staff
  • maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
  • handle inventory management and communicate needs to management
  • ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • collaborate with front-of-house team to ensure excellent guest experiences
