Job Requirements
- Must be an experienced CDL-A driver
- Valid CDL-A license
- No more than two moving violations in the past three years
- No at-fault accidents or preventable wrecks
- No SAP programs or safety probation history
- Able to stay on the road 2-3 weeks at a time
- Professional, reliable, and accountable

- Experience as a professional CDL-A truck driver
- Clean driving record with no more than two moving violations in the last three years
- No at-fault accidents or preventable wrecks
- No history of SAP program participation or safety probation
- Ability to stay on the road for 2-3 weeks at a time
- Strong motivation to learn and grow in logistics and freight dispatch
Job Duties
- Drive commercial vehicles safely and efficiently
- Listen to freight dispatcher training through audio e-books while driving
- Attend evening webinars for practical instruction on dispatch operations
- Learn freight systems, load planning, and carrier management
- Maintain professionalism and accountability
- Adhere to safety standards and company policies
- Prepare for transition from driving to a remote dispatch career
