Job Requirements
- minimum 4 years professional baking experience
- minimum 2 year production baking experience
- strong understanding of ingredient functionality and baking techniques
- ability to work efficiently and multitask
- must be available for early morning shifts and weekends
- must have a valid drivers license
- must provide a copy of your texas food handlers certificate
- able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- follow and execute the daily production schedule efficiently
- prepare and bake a variety of baked goods
- ensure consistency in texture, flavor, and appearance of all products
- execute ingredient preparation, mixing, proofing, and baking processes
- maintain and clean baking equipment and workstations
- adhere to food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- demonstrate a high level or organization
- open to daily communication via slack
