Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass mandatory safety and security screenings
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent physical health and fitness
- Willingness to complete required training
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in emergencies
- Basic knowledge of first aid and safety procedures
- Flexibility to work varying schedules including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Administer and coordinate emergency procedures or provide emergency care
- Respond to and provide clear and accurate directions to passengers
- Prepare, serve, and sell beverages including alcohol and meals
- Answer questions and assist passengers when necessary, particularly those with special needs
- Actively seek to ensure the safety and comfort of customers when an aircraft experiences delays or hits turbulence
