Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food safety certification may be required
- Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role
- Experience with cash handling and POS systems
- Ability to stand for long periods and walk throughout shift
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Ability to work in a busy, sometimes noisy environment
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Present menus and answer questions regarding menu items, ingredients, or specials
- Take customer orders accurately and ensure special requests are communicated to the kitchen and bar
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and in accordance with restaurant standards
- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Accurately process guest transactions through the point-of-sale system including cash and credit card payments
- Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and ready for guests including setting tables and restocking supplies
