Job Requirements

Job Duties

- Manage inventory control including ordering supplies and minimizing waste
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant
- Develop and implement staff training programs to enhance service quality
- Coordinate banquet events and special functions ensuring all guest needs are met
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during service
- Collaborate with kitchen management to ensure food quality meets established standards
- Monitor financial performance and assist in budget preparation
