Job Duties

  • Lead and manage restaurant staff including hiring training and performance evaluations
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth service and adherence to company policies
  • Manage inventory control including ordering supplies and minimizing waste
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant
  • Develop and implement staff training programs to enhance service quality
  • Coordinate banquet events and special functions ensuring all guest needs are met
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during service
  • Collaborate with kitchen management to ensure food quality meets established standards
  • Monitor financial performance and assist in budget preparation
