Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year experience in upscale restaurant, hotel, resort, or private club preferred
- Certification in liquor, wine, and food service including Alcohol Awareness preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and maintain a professional appearance
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Must meet minimum age requirements and comply with responsible alcohol service standards
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, and perform other movements for extended periods

Job Duties
- Address guests by name and respond to their requests
- Assist servers with menu presentation and answering questions about food and beverages
- Prepare food baskets with condiments and sides and ensure orders are accurate and presentable
- Monitor supplies and maintain stock levels in kitchen and café areas
- Keep dining and service areas clean and organized
- Relay kitchen timing information to servers and management
- Complete daily and weekly checklists and perform other assigned duties
