Job Requirements
- Minimum three years of progressive chef experience in a hotel or related field
- Supervisory experience required
- Proficient with company-approved spreadsheets and word processing software
- Valid driver’s license for the applicable state
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to make quick, accurate decisions and stay composed under pressure
- Skilled at analyzing complex information and adapting to meet needs
- Effective in understanding and resolving coworker and guest concerns
- Comfortable with financial data and basic arithmetic

Job Duties
- Manage and prepare assigned kitchen station including grill, sauté, pantry, or pastry
- Ensure all dishes are cooked and plated to the highest quality standards
- Collaborate with other chefs to maintain a smooth and efficient kitchen operation
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Enforce safety, sanitation, and presentation standards consistently
- Maintain inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies
- Infuse creativity and positivity into daily kitchen operations
