Job Duties
- Create warm, memorable dining moments by greeting guests with a smile, taking accurate orders, and ensuring every need is met
- Know the menu thoroughly including ingredients, dietary needs, daily specials, and alcohol service guidelines to expertly assist guests
- Deliver food and drinks quickly and flawlessly with attention to detail
- Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining cleanliness and composure during busy periods
- Handle payment transactions precisely and adhere to company and security protocols
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the service area by following hygiene regulations and certification standards
- Remain physically active and energized throughout shifts, demonstrating stamina and endurance
