Job Requirements

  • Two-year college degree with three or more years of related experience
  • Four-year college degree with at least one year of related experience
  • Three to five years of progressive experience in hotel or related field preferably with supervisory experience
  • Effective in handling stressful and high-pressure situations while maintaining composure and objectivity
  • Compliance with certification requirements may include Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid

Job Qualifications

  • Two-year college degree with three or more years of related hospitality experience or four-year college degree with at least one year of related experience
  • Three to five years of progressive hotel or related field experience, preferably with supervisory responsibilities
  • Strong guest service and communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
  • Experience handling high-pressure situations with composure
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems and technology
  • Certifications such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional guest service with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
  • Lead, motivate, and coach front desk team members to maintain high service standards
  • Manage room revenue and occupancy to optimize hotel profitability
  • Address and resolve guest issues and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Oversee front desk operations ensuring smooth and efficient processes
  • Maintain organizational systems and ensure accurate financial management
  • Support the Front Desk Manager in daily operational tasks and staff scheduling
