Job Requirements
- Two-year college degree with three or more years of related experience
- Four-year college degree with at least one year of related experience
- Three to five years of progressive experience in hotel or related field preferably with supervisory experience
- Effective in handling stressful and high-pressure situations while maintaining composure and objectivity
- Compliance with certification requirements may include Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
Job Qualifications

- Three to five years of progressive hotel or related field experience, preferably with supervisory responsibilities
- Strong guest service and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Experience handling high-pressure situations with composure
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and technology
- Certifications such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid preferred
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional guest service with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Lead, motivate, and coach front desk team members to maintain high service standards
- Manage room revenue and occupancy to optimize hotel profitability
- Address and resolve guest issues and complaints promptly and professionally
- Oversee front desk operations ensuring smooth and efficient processes
- Maintain organizational systems and ensure accurate financial management
- Support the Front Desk Manager in daily operational tasks and staff scheduling
