Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year experience in upscale restaurant, hotel, resort, or private club preferred
- certification in liquor, wine, and food service including Alcohol Awareness preferred
- ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and maintain a professional appearance
- strong multitasking and communication skills
- must meet minimum age requirements and comply with responsible alcohol service standards
- physical ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, and perform other movements for extended periods

Job Duties
- Address guests by name and respond to their requests to ensure complete service
- assist servers with presenting menus, answering questions, and making suggestions about food and beverage service
- prepare baskets with condiments and sides and confirm orders are accurate and presentable
- serve food and beverages to guests with enthusiasm and professionalism
- monitor supplies, maintain stock, and keep kitchen and café areas clean and orderly
- assist servers in maintaining tidy service areas and collect and maintain baskets
- relay kitchen times to servers and management
- stay informed about the menu, drinks, specials, and unavailable items
- complete daily and weekly checklists and perform other duties as assigned
