Job Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of food and beverage customer service experience including cash handling
  • Demonstrated friendly and customer-focused demeanor
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and enthusiasm in customer interactions
  • Basic arithmetic skills for cash management
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and during peak hours
  • Willingness to perform pre- and post-shift operational tasks
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • 6 months of food and beverage customer service experience including cash handling previous barista experience is a major plus

Job Duties

  • Create exceptional beverages with precision and artistry following standard operating procedures to deliver consistent high-quality products
  • Respond to requests with a sense of urgency and genuine warmth ensuring guest satisfaction

  • Handle cash transactions with accuracy and integrity and manage deposits to support revenue growth
  • Excel at pre- and post-shift responsibilities including stocking service stations for seamless operations
