Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a high volume, full service restaurant
- proficiency in Windows operating systems and related software
- strong leadership and mentoring skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- ability to maintain composure in high-pressure environments
- knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
- ability to handle financial data and budgeting
- certification or willingness to obtain Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR and First Aid

- Typically requires a bachelor's degree and 2 to 4 years of experience in a high volume, full service restaurant
- performs work under minimal supervision
- handles complex issues and refers only the most complex to higher-level staff
- possesses comprehensive knowledge of subject matter
- provides leadership, coaching, and mentoring to a subordinate group
- proficient in Windows operating systems, company approved spreadsheets and word processing
- ability to work a flexible schedule

- able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- able to work well in stressful, high pressure situations
- effective in handling workplace problems
- effective at listening, understanding, and clarifying issues raised by co-workers and guests

Job Duties
- Produce innovative and diversified menus that reflect the restaurant's overall vision
- train kitchen staff to adhere to restaurant policies and sanitation regulations
- organize, schedule, and direct kitchen staff to ensure operations are carried out effectively
- design aesthetic plating presentations
- ensure hygiene and food safety requirements are met
- maintain kitchen inventory and assigned budget
- approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service oriented manner
