Job Requirements
- 3+ years of progressive hotel or related experience
- supervisory experience preferred
- proficiency in Windows-based systems and front office software
- strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities
- ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- must hold a valid driver’s license
- demonstrate integrity in handling sensitive information

Job Duties
- Supervise and support front desk and night audit staff to ensure efficient overnight operations
- address and resolve guest requests, complaints, and incidents promptly and professionally
- monitor room revenue, occupancy, and rate efficiency to optimize nightly performance
- oversee the accuracy of audit reports, financial reconciliations, and cash handling
- train, coach, and evaluate front office employees to maintain high service standards
- ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and safety procedures
- review payroll, schedules, and productivity reports in coordination with management
- maintain effective communication across departments to ensure operational consistency
- participate in Manager on Duty (MOD) shifts and emergency response procedures as needed
