Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of progressive hotel or related experience
  • supervisory experience preferred
  • proficiency in Windows-based systems and front office software
  • strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities
  • ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • must hold a valid driver’s license and demonstrate integrity in handling sensitive information

Job Duties

  • Supervise and support front desk and night audit staff to ensure efficient overnight operations
  • address and resolve guest requests, complaints, and incidents promptly and professionally
  • monitor room revenue, occupancy, and rate efficiency to optimize nightly performance
  • oversee the accuracy of audit reports, financial reconciliations, and cash handling
  • train, coach, and evaluate front office employees to maintain high service standards
  • ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and safety procedures
  • review payroll, schedules, and productivity reports in coordination with management
  • maintain effective communication across departments to ensure operational consistency
  • participate in manager on duty shifts and emergency response procedures as needed
