Job Requirements
- 3+ years of progressive hotel or related experience
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Proficiency in Windows-based systems and front office software
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Must hold a valid driver’s license
- Demonstrate integrity in handling sensitive information

Job Duties
- Supervise and support Front Desk and Night Audit staff to ensure efficient overnight operations
- Address and resolve guest requests, complaints, and incidents promptly and professionally
- Monitor room revenue, occupancy, and rate efficiency to optimize nightly performance
- Oversee the accuracy of audit reports, financial reconciliations, and cash handling
- Train, coach, and evaluate front office employees to maintain high service standards
- Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and safety procedures
- Review payroll, schedules, and productivity reports in coordination with management
- Maintain effective communication across departments to ensure operational consistency
- Participate in Manager on Duty (MOD) shifts and emergency response procedures as needed
