Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Compliance with certification requirements such as food handlers, alcohol awareness, CPR, and first aid
- Ability to work full-time
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet guests with genuine warmth and ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs
- Manage reservations, VIP requests, and guest inquiries to create personalized experiences
- Track daily operations logs, handle messages and packages professionally and efficiently
- Maintain current knowledge of room rates, packages, and promotions to support revenue management
- Lead, train, and develop front desk associates to build a strong and communicative team
- Address guest concerns and workplace issues promptly with confidence and creativity
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational policies at the front desk
