Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 to 3 years of progressive hotel or related experience
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license
  • Compliance with certification requirements such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
  • Ability to lead a team and handle guest interactions professionally

  • Knowledge of front desk operations and hospitality best practices

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with genuine warmth and keep check-ins and check-outs smooth and stress-free
  • Manage reservations, VIP requests, and guest communications effectively
  • Track front desk logs, handle messages and packages with professionalism
  • Monitor room rates, packages, and promotions to support revenue goals
  • Train and lead front desk associates, fostering a strong team environment
  • Resolve guest concerns and workplace challenges creatively and confidently
  • Ensure safety and compliance with company standards at all times
