Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 3 years of progressive hotel or related experience
- prior supervisory experience preferred
- valid driver’s license
- compliant with Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid certifications
- ability to lead and train teams
- excellent guest service skills

- at least 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
- previous supervisory experience preferred
- valid driver’s license

Job Duties
- Greet guests with genuine warmth and keep check-ins and check-outs smooth and stress-free
- manage reservations, VIP requests, and guest inquiries
- track logs, handle messages and packages efficiently
- oversee room rates, packages, and promotions to optimize revenue
- train and lead front desk team members
- address guest concerns and resolve workplace challenges promptly
- maintain safety, compliance, and quality standards at the front desk
