Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in a hotel or related field preferred
  • familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite
  • strong customer service orientation
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • problem-solving mindset with a positive attitude

Job Duties

  • greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude
  • efficiently manage guest check-ins and check-outs
  • accurately handle reservations and maintain booking records
  • respond promptly and effectively to guest inquiries and requests
  • coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • manage front desk financial transactions and billing
  • resolve guest issues and complaints with professionalism and a positive approach
