Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in hospitality or a relevant college degree with related experience
  • proficiency in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing
  • strong financial and arithmetic skills
  • supervisory experience preferred
  • excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
  • ability to stay composed and objective under pressure

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Captain of hospitality by ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued
  • coach and train staff to deliver high-quality service
  • uphold grooming, safety, and certification standards
  • manage payroll, scheduling, and staff productivity reporting
  • oversee food quality, promotions, inventory, and beverage purchasing
  • communicate effectively to address guest requests and resolve issues
  • analyze reports, attend meetings, and support various operational tasks
