Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in hospitality or a relevant college degree with related experience
- proficiency in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing
- strong financial and arithmetic skills
- supervisory experience preferred
- excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
- ability to stay composed and objective under pressure

Job Duties
- Captain of hospitality by ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued
- coach and train staff to deliver high-quality service
- uphold grooming, safety, and certification standards
- manage payroll, scheduling, and staff productivity reporting
- oversee food quality, promotions, inventory, and beverage purchasing
- communicate effectively to address guest requests and resolve issues
- analyze reports, attend meetings, and support various operational tasks
