Job Requirements

  • minimum of 5 years hospitality experience or relevant college degree
  • proficiency in Windows and office software
  • strong financial and arithmetic capabilities
  • supervisory experience preferred
  • excellent communication skills
  • decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  • ability to remain composed under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 5 years progressive experience in hospitality or a relevant college degree with related experience
  • proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing
  • strong financial and arithmetic skills
  • supervisory experience preferred
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  • ability to stay composed and objective under pressure

Job Duties

  • ensure guests feel welcomed and deliver top-notch hospitality
  • coach and train team members for smooth shift operations
  • maintain grooming, safety, and certification compliance
  • manage payroll, scheduling, and staff productivity reporting
  • oversee food quality, promotions, and inventory purchasing
  • communicate effectively with guests and resolve concerns promptly
  • analyze reports, attend meetings, and support team needs with versatility and a positive attitude
