Job Requirements
- minimum of 5 years hospitality experience or relevant college degree
- proficiency in Windows and office software
- strong financial and arithmetic capabilities
- supervisory experience preferred
- excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- ensure guests feel welcomed and deliver top-notch hospitality
- coach and train team members for smooth shift operations
- maintain grooming, safety, and certification compliance
- manage payroll, scheduling, and staff productivity reporting
- oversee food quality, promotions, and inventory purchasing
- communicate effectively with guests and resolve concerns promptly
- analyze reports, attend meetings, and support team needs with versatility and a positive attitude
