Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in hospitality management
- relevant college degree preferred
- proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office applications
- strong financial acumen and arithmetic skills
- supervisory experience is a plus
- excellent communication and leadership abilities
- ability to handle pressure calmly and objectively
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years' progressive experience in hospitality or relevant college degree with experience
- proficiency in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing
- strong financial and arithmetic skills
- supervisory experience preferred

Job Duties
- Lead the guest experience across all dining areas including lounge and banquet
- coach and train team members to ensure smooth operations
- enforce compliance with grooming, safety, and certification standards
- manage payroll, scheduling, and staff productivity reporting
- oversee inventory control and beverage purchasing
- develop and implement promotional activities
- communicate effectively with guests and staff to resolve issues promptly
- analyze reports and participate in management meetings
- provide versatile support to daily operations
