Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 6 months experience in food and beverage customer service including cash handling
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- attention to detail and commitment to quality
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- capability to stand for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- 6 months of food and beverage customer service experience including cash handling
- incredibly friendly and customer-centric attitude
- previous barista experience is a major plus
- able to connect naturally with people
- basic knowledge of coffee preparation techniques
Job Duties
- Create exceptional beverages with precision and artistry
- respond to guest requests with urgency and warmth
- maintain organized work areas and optimize workflow during peak hours
- handle cash transactions accurately and manage deposits
- perform pre- and post-shift responsibilities including stocking service stations
