Job Duties

  • Create exceptional beverages with precision and artistry, following standard operating procedures to deliver consistent, high-quality products that exceed guest expectations
  • Respond to requests with urgency and genuine warmth, following up to ensure satisfaction and create loyal customers
  • Maintain organized work areas and optimize workflow to maximize productivity during peak hours without compromising quality
  • Handle cash transactions with accuracy and integrity, manage deposits, and contribute to revenue growth through exceptional service
  • Perform pre and post-shift responsibilities such as stocking service stations and ensuring seamless transition for next shifts
  • Represent the hotel professionally and enthusiastically, maintaining high standards in appearance and customer interaction
