Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year progressive experience in a hotel or related field required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Alcohol Awareness Certification must comply with state regulations
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and demonstrate initiative
- Strong proficiency in financial tasks and arithmetic

Job Duties
- Lead the charge in setting up, servicing, and breaking down banquet events according to Banquet Event Orders
- Maintain high standards in appearance, service, and safety including compliance with policies and liquor laws
- Rally the team, assign tasks, conduct pre-event huddles, and train new staff
- Act as liaison between Sales, Catering, and guests to resolve issues and maintain guest satisfaction
- Manage schedules, wage reports, inventory, beverage service, and financial paperwork with accuracy
- Assist with audio/visual setup, attend meetings, handle lost and found, and secure sensitive areas while representing the company professionally
