Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year progressive experience in a hotel or related field required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- College coursework in hospitality or related field is a plus
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Alcohol Awareness Certification must comply with state regulations
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and demonstrate initiative
- Strong proficiency in financial tasks and arithmetic

Job Duties
- Lead the charge in setting up, servicing, and breaking down banquet events ensuring compliance with Banquet Event Orders
- Maintain high standards in team appearance, service quality, and safety, enforcing policies and liquor laws
- Assign tasks, conduct pre-event meetings, and train new team members
- Act as liaison between sales, catering, and guests to resolve complaints and manage guest satisfaction
- Manage schedules, wage reports, inventory, and beverage service with accuracy
- Handle checks, paperwork, and cash transactions responsibly
- Provide support with audio/visual equipment, attend meetings, manage lost and found items, and secure sensitive areas while representing company with professionalism
